Electric Blender
Many fine bartenders tend to avoid the use of blenders, but there are some cocktails for which it is a necessary evil. It can also work well for chopping large ice cubes down into smaller chunks, which is good for drinks such as the Mint Julep.

Depending on your setting, you may wish to keep this in a side room so that its noise doesn't interrupt any light conversations going on.
