Cutting Board
A good cutting surface somewhere near where you are mixing drinks is important. This is where you will be slicing the fruit that you will use to add juice or garnishes to your drinks. Since it is important that you use as fresh as possible, you should be doing this as you mix the drinks, or at least inbetween mixing.
