Fresh Fruit
Lemons, Limes, Oranges, should all be juiced fresh if at all possible. This really can make a difference in a Quality cocktail. You may want to keep bottled versions on hand, for those rare instances when you really need to make a Mai Tai, but you just used your last lime.
Some cocktails, such as a Sidecar, I wouldn't even consider making with bottled juice.
