Seattle is my home town, and as such I try to make it a point to check out as many of the bars and restaurants around town as possible in order to find those that live up to my expectations of what a "Quality" cocktail can be.

As you might expect, I haven't yet had a chance to write up reviews for "all" of the cocktail bars that I would like to recommend to you. So until I do, here is a listing of some of the other places I might recommend the next time you find yourself in Seattle or the surrounding vacinity. I'll try to get to writing reviews for all of those that are "must sees".
