Pink Gin
|
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3 or 4 dashes Angostura bitters
|

Stir with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Another way to make this is to swirl a splash of bitters in a cocktail glass.
Shake, or flick, the bitters out and pour the gin into the glass.
You can also add water to taste or serve on the rocks.
