Pusser's Painkiller
  • 2 ounces Pusser's rum (95 proof)
  • 4 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled Tiki mug. Garnish with ground nutmeg, cinnamon, pineapple stick, and orange wheel.
