A recent reprinting of the original classic
One of the first classic cocktail books to be published after the repeal of prohibition, was The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock. It was originally published in 1930, and in addition to being a great collection of classic recipes, it was also artfully presented with great art deco illustrations throughout.
A facimile edition was re-published in 1983, but this has been unavailable for quite some time now.
But I am pleased to announce that this book has now been again republished, and includes all of the original recipes and artwork that graced its pages so many years ago. While they didn't retain the original cover, this is still a classic worth adding to your library.
