Pusser's Painkiller

2 ounces rum (Pusser's - 95 proof)

4 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice

1 ounce orange juice

1 ounce coconut cream

Garnish: Grated nutmeg, cinnamon, pineapple stick, and orange wheel.

Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled Tiki mug.
