Stinger

1 ounce brandy

1/4 ounce white crème de menthe

Garnish: Fresh sprigs of mint, and serve with a glass of water.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

At christmas time this can be a festive drink made with green crème de menthe and garnished with a marachino cherry.
