Ritz Bijou
This drink was apparently created by Frank Meier, who was the bartender of the Ritz Hotel in Paris. The lack of Chartreuse makes this a significantly different cocktail than the normal Bijou, but it is still excellent.
Ritz Bijou
1 1/2
ounces
gin
3/4
ounce
dry vermouth
3/4
ounce
orange curaçao
1
dash
orange bitters
Garnish:
Cherry
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass.
