Sometimes also referred to as an "Emerald Martini", this cocktail celebrates Chartreuse, a wonderfully complex French herbal liqueur

Alaska: 3 ounces gin; 1/2 ounce Chartreuse; 1 dash orange bitters; Garnish: Lemon twist.; Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
