Jamaican Firefly

3/4 ounce lime juice

1 ounce simple syrup

1 1/2 ounces dark rum (Goslings Black Seal)

2 ounces ginger beer (home made)

Garnish: Lime wheel and piece of candied ginger.

Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled highball glass.
