Apricot Cocktail I first found this in "The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks" by David Embury. The gin and the apricot together provide an interesting flavor combination. Apricot Cocktail 1 1/2 ounces gin 1/2 ounce apricot brandy 1 dash orange bitters Garnish: cherry Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
