cinnamon tincture

A tincture is a concentrated extract made by soaking a particular (and usually single) spice or herb in high-proof alcohol. To make cinnamon tincture simply fill a jar with several sticks of cinnamon, and then top with a high-proof neutral grain spirit and allow to sit for a week or more.
